Case Studies

Kosoku's first AMR deployments are in progress. Return here for documented project results — floor layouts, ROI data, photos, and the specifics that matter to operations managers evaluating similar projects.

📋

First Deployments Underway

Kosoku's inaugural AMR deployments are in progress. Once complete, we will document them here — with specific project metrics, facility layouts, and performance data. A single documented case study with real numbers changes the conversation with every prospect who follows.

In the meantime, the best way to evaluate Kosoku is a conversation: ask Peter directly about what he's deployed, how it performed, and what he learned. That conversation is more credible than any case study we could write before the project is live.

What These Case Studies Will Cover

Each published case study will include the specifics that actually inform a buying decision — not marketing copy.

🏭 Track 2 — AMR Logistics

Food Manufacturer — Texas

Standalone AMR logistics deployment. Line-feeding, WIP transport. Fleet size, labor hours replaced, payback period. To be published Month 9–10.

🤖 Track 1 — End-of-Line

CPG Manufacturer — Texas

FANUC palletizer + pallet AMR end-of-line integration. Throughput rates, integration details, single-contract performance. To be published Month 14–15.

📦 Track 2 — AMR Logistics

Distribution Center — DFW

Goods-to-person AMR deployment for distribution or 3PL facility. Picker productivity, order throughput, ROI data. Coming in Phase 2 deployments.

We Will Document What Actually Matters

Too many case studies are written by marketing departments and contain only positive language and no data. Kosoku's case studies will be written for operations managers and plant engineers — the people who make deployment decisions and need real numbers to justify them.

This level of documentation takes a real deployment to produce. Check back when our first project is complete.

Don't Want to Wait for a Case Study?

Talk to Peter directly about his AMR deployment experience. The specifics of what he's run are more useful than any published case study we could write today.
