Complete End-of-Line
Automation

FANUC palletizer builds the pallet. Pallet AMR moves it. One integrator, one call, one warranty. No AMR distributor can sell what Kosoku sells on this track.

The Complete End-of-Line Sequence

From production output to shipping dock — one integrated system, designed and maintained by one integrator.

Step 1
01

Products Leave the Line

Cases, bags, or mixed-product cartons exit the production line on a conveyor or transfer system and enter the palletizing cell.

Step 2
02

FANUC Robot Builds the Pallet

The FANUC palletizing robot stacks products in the programmed pattern — layer by layer, at up to 36 cycles per minute — onto the pallet below the gripper tool.

Step 3
03

AMR Picks Up the Finished Pallet

When the pallet is complete, a pallet AMR moves into position at the cell exit, picks up the loaded pallet, and departs — no forklift, no wait, no bottleneck.

Step 4
04

Pallet Delivered to Staging or Shipping

The AMR delivers the finished pallet to the designated staging lane, stretch wrapper, or shipping dock. The palletizer keeps running. The cell never stops for a forklift.

One Integrator vs. Two Vendors

Buying a palletizer from one company and an AMR from another creates a seam — and when something goes wrong at that seam, nobody owns it.

Palletizer Vendor + Separate AMR Reseller

  • Two separate service calls when something breaks at end-of-line
  • Two warranties — with gaps between them at the interface
  • Two maintenance contracts, two points of contact
  • AMR reseller may not understand palletizer cell timing and throughput
  • No single party responsible for system performance as a whole
  • Integration between cell exit and AMR fleet designed by nobody

Kosoku — One Integrator

  • One call for the entire end-of-line — palletizer, conveyor, and AMR fleet
  • One warranty covering the complete system
  • One annual maintenance contract, one SLA
  • Palletizer cell timing designed to coordinate with AMR pickup cycle
  • Full system performance is Kosoku's responsibility
  • Eliminating conveyors between cell and staging is part of the design brief

A FANUC Authorized Integrator — Not a Distributor

There is a significant difference between a FANUC-authorized integrator and a company that resells FANUC equipment. Kosoku is authorized by FANUC America to design, build, program, and integrate FANUC robotic systems — including application-specific tooling, programming, and commissioning.

  • Authorized by FANUC America to integrate FANUC robotic systems
  • 20+ years of material handling system design experience
  • Food, CPG, beverage, paint, chemical, and pet food manufacturing
  • Application-specific gripper tooling and end-of-arm tooling design
  • FANUC M-410 and R-2000 series palletizing robot experience

Pallet AMRs We Integrate With FANUC Systems

Not all pallet AMRs are created equal. Kosoku evaluates capacity, throughput, US support infrastructure, and country-of-origin requirements for each project.

Prime Robotics
MobilePallet — 4,400 lb capacity

Primary pallet AMR target for Track 1 integrations. Handles full production-weight pallets and is designed for manufacturing environments with tight cycle times.

Verify current country of origin and tariff exposure before quoting.
OTTO Motors (Rockwell)
OTTO 600 / OTTO 1500 — Heavy-duty

Demonstrated FANUC palletizer integration at MODEX 2026. Industrial-grade hardware backed by Rockwell Automation's support network. Strong fit for high-throughput food manufacturing lines.

OTTO + FANUC integration demonstrated. Verify current tariff status.
MiR (Teradyne)
MC600 — 1,322 lb capacity

US-based support from Teradyne. The MC600 is well-suited for lighter palletizing applications — unit-load or mixed-product lines with lower pallet weights. Strong aftermarket support.

US-manufactured and supported. Strong option for lighter-duty applications.

One Maintenance Contract for the Entire System

Your FANUC robot and your AMR fleet — covered under a single annual maintenance agreement. One call, one SLA, one vendor to hold accountable.

Annual Maintenance

Comprehensive annual maintenance contract covering FANUC robot, end-of-arm tooling, conveyor interfaces, and AMR fleet. 8–12% of system value per year.

SLA Tiers

Remote diagnostics for minor issues. Next-business-day on-site response for mechanical faults. Emergency response for production-critical line-down situations.

Fleet Monitoring

AMR fleet management software access for real-time monitoring of robot status, charge levels, route performance, and mission completion rates.

End-of-Line Automation from Kosoku Automation

Kosoku Automation's Track 1 service provides complete end-of-line automation pairing FANUC robot palletizers with pallet AMRs for food, CPG, and beverage manufacturers in Texas. As a FANUC-authorized integrator, Kosoku designs, builds, and integrates the full end-of-line system — from product infeed conveyor through palletizer to AMR fleet — under a single contract with a single warranty. The FANUC robot builds the pallet; the pallet AMR picks it up and delivers it to staging or shipping without forklift intervention. Supported pallet AMR platforms include Prime Robotics MobilePallet, OTTO Motors, and MiR MC600. Project value typically ranges from $200,000 to $800,000+, with a sales cycle of 6–18 months. The service is backed by annual maintenance contracts covering both the FANUC robot and the AMR fleet. For more detail on FANUC palletizing systems, visit robotpalletizer.com.
